The Admin Process
Proceeding With Confidence
Once you're happy with the mortgage we’ve recommended, we get to work processing the paperwork. Our admin team and your mortgage adviser do most of the heavy lifting.
1. Application stage: we check and submit your documents, liaise directly with the lender, and get you the offer.
2. Offer stage: we let you know immediately when you get an offer.
3. Legal stage: we liaise with the solicitors and the lender to help you complete your mortgage and move on to more interesting jobs!
